What changes must be made when travelling and logging on in a different location?
Due to security features installed at Integrity under normal circumstances users are only able to connect from the telephone numbers that they have specified. In the event however, that you are wishing to dial in from multiple locations you can request that Caller id Security feature be removed from your account by completing the necessary forms. If you have not done this our system will not allow you to dial in from an unspecified location. This is an extra security feature that Integrity uses to stop unauthorised access to your account. Customers who choose to have this feature removed are not necessarily at a disadvantage, as we are currently unaware of any other ISP who employs this security feature.
