SETTING UP EMAIL

If you need to reconfigure or setup an additional email address we have provided step by step instructions below to allow you to do this at home. Please note if you would like an additional email address this must be created in our system as well as your own. For instructions on email set up click on the version of Outlook Express you have loaded on your computer and follow the prompts for step by step instructions.

EMAIL FAQ

What is my email address?
Your Integrity email address is You nominated a username when you created your Integrity account and this username is the beginning of your email address and is also used to log on to the Internet.

What is my password for my email?
Your email password is the same password you use to log on to the Internet. You would have chosen this password when you originally opened your account.

How do I setup email?
Please see detailed setup instructions above for the most common email clients setup.

What are the incoming and outgoing mail servers?
Both the incoming and outgoing mail servers are mail.integritynet.com.au.

Why does it stop downloading halfway through receiving my e-mail?
The most common problem that can create this error is an over sized email waiting on the server.
Due to the slower speeds of a dial up connection you should limit your email size to 1 megabyte for the maximum size. A 1 megabyte email may still take you close to 40 minutes to download on a good connection, If you live in a area with older phone lines and your connection speed is even slower 1 megabyte may still be too large.
If you cannot download a email you can view email online at https://webmail.integritynet.com.au. Log in with your username and password to view what mail is waiting on our server for you.

Why do I get multiple copies of the same email message?
This is caused when a mail program fails to send a "received" code for a specific message and the messages are repeated until it succeeds to send the code or the message is deleted from the server. To delete a message from the server go to our Web Mail page for directions on how to remove the message from your inbox.

Can I collect my email from a different computer or when travelling?
Yes. There are two different ways you can access your email from different computers. If you would like to use this computer on an ongoing basis you may nominate the telephone number of this second location as the second dialin location as you are permitted a home and work number for example. In this situation you will need to contact Technical Support and provide them with the telephone number for caller id security clearance. You will then need to follow the email configuration instructions outlined at the top of the page on the second computer. When travelling or using a temporary computer you may view your email from anywhere in the world by going to our website and clicking on the Web Mail page for further instructions. When using this method from an Internet Cafe or similar you will need to pay a fee for access to the Internet to read your mail.
